We offer the modern method using inductive heat for the link with the rotating tool. Using the Bilz tool clamping machines, we can clamp or unclamp in a few seconds shank tools made of cemented carbide or high-speed steel in the sizes from 3 to 50 mm using maximum force. Thanks to the circumferential runout accuracy of up to 3 µm, clamped tools and spindles will have longer lifetime. The high rigidity of the clamped tools then makes it possible to achieve above-standard quality of surface of the machined parts.
