We offer single unit, small-series and series turning-milling operations ranging from simple parts such as various pins and screw connections to complex rotating shafts. We use modern MTM machines (e.g. DMG MORI NLX 2500 SY/700) for machining, which allows us to achieve high accuracy and precision of up to IT 5, Ra = 0.4 µm in accordance with your technical documents. We can process various combinations of lengths and diameters of input material made of structural, stainless, heat-treated or tool steel. We perform turning of workpieces up to 366 mm in diameter and 705 mm in length.
