WEDM

To achieve exceptionally high accuracy and precision of working of metal parts, we offer the WEDM technology (from PENTA), i.e. machining using electric sparks with the temperature of up to about 1,500 °C. This technology is suitable whenever CNC machining is no longer sufficient (too complex or small shapes combined with the requirement for maximum accuracy and precision), for example for manufacturing of press moulds, etc. Products can also be worked in four axes simultaneously. That is why, on our modern cutters, we achieve accuracy in the order of µm.
